Covid-19 Update

Our mission always has always been to offer a clean and safe environment for both our guests and employees. Our hotel adheres to comprehensive health and safety procedures that are aligned with local, state, and federal COVID-19 protocols.

Physical Distancing

Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing while visiting the hotel. We kindly request standing at least six feet apart from other groups of travelers while in common areas of our property. Rooftop tables and seating will be spaced out accordingly.

Hand Sanitizer

Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed at high contact areas throughout the hotel.
 
Protective Face Covering

Guests will be asked to wear a protective face covering while in common areas of the hotel.

Guest Registration

The front desk is arranged to maintain six feet distance and protective sneeze guards have been installed. 

Guest Checkout

Guests will not need to visit registration upon check-out. Guests can request to have a copy of their final bill emailed, faxed or mailed.

Hotel Elevators

Employees will be present to sanitize the button panels at regular intervals. We request that guests who are not traveling together use the elevator separately.
 
Guest Rooms

Staff members will be wearing masks and gloves while cleaning. Industry leading disinfecting and sanitizing protocols will be used to clean our guest rooms, with particular attention paid to high-touch items including but not limited to television remote controls, toilet handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels and alarm clocks.

Housekeeping

As a safety precaution, we will not be providing stayover service during your stay. Should there be an exception to this, we would ask that the guest vacate the room and allow ample time for our housekeeper to clean safely. Clean towels or blankets will be available upon request. These will be delivered in a plastic bag. If a guest would like dirty linen removed, we will provide a plastic bag and ask that it be placed outside of the room for pick up.

Continental Breakfast

Our continental breakfast buffet has been discontinued due to COVID-19 health and safety regulations. There are restaurants close by that meet the restriction requirements and are ready to serve you.

Parking

We will give our guests access to a surface lot or garage nearby at a discounted overnight price.

Public Hotel Areas

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces. Some of these points of contact include the front desk counters, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, room keys and locks, stair handrails, and seating areas.

COVID-19 Training

All employees has received training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols. They will be briefed and retrained whenever updates are announced.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Appropriate PPE will be worn by all employees and in adherence with state or local regulations and guidance. Every employee entering the hotel will be provided a mask and required to wear that mask while on property. Gloves will be provided to employees whose responsibilities require them as determined by medical experts including housekeeping and public area attendants.

Air Filter and HVAC Cleaning

The frequency of air filter replacement and HVAC system cleaning has been increased.
